Experic finds that clients particularly appreciate the transparency and efficiency in our services that allow them to Try Out, Prove Out, Ramp Up, and Scale Up Harro Höfliger equipment seamlessly from clinical trial phases to full commercial production.
- Try Out – Experic’s clean rooms were designed for full production as well as for showing off our Harro Höfliger equipment, and we can run each piece of equipment at full speed for short periods to demonstrate all of its capabilities. We welcome you to come see for yourself at our 45,500 square foot, state-of-the-art Class A cGMP facility at 2 Clarke Drive in Cranbury, NJ.
- Prove Out – The Harro Höfliger filling equipment at Experic was also carefully chosen to work together in combination for complex filling system configurations. When you are ready for production, Experic will qualify the equipment and processing so that Experic can guarantee the deliverables will meet all quality and regulatory specifications.
- Ramp Up – Companies that purchase powder filling equipment are often responsible for six to nine months of development steps before even owning or running it. These steps include qualifying the equipment, outlining procedures, structuring batch records, and training operators. Experic and Harro Höfliger reduce that time substantially—to as little as one month.
- Scale Up – Switching processing methods when scaling up from clinical trials to full commercialization can be the biggest hurdle for new drug introductions. Not anymore. The Harro Höfliger equipment at Experic that you will use for clinical trials will be the same equipment that will take you to full commercial production.
