Experience a Tailored Commercial Manufacturing Solution
Turnkey solutions with build-to-suit suites and specialized equipment configured to meet your specific needs.
With decades of experience, the Experic team can assist with planning for the scale-up and commercialization of drugs or combination products and identify the needs of your project quickly and accurately. We then determine the optimal equipment combination and line configuration, so you have a comprehensive, efficient start-to-finish solution.
Scale-up of your process on the path to commercialization is a big step. Build-to-suit dedicated suites, a flexible solution available for immediate expansion, enable us to customize our facility and services to meet the specific requirements of your product and process. To guide your project every stage of the way, Experic assigns a designated project manager who will help define and manage project requirements, room construction and commissioning, and equipment installation and qualification in our purpose-built, Class A cGMP facility. In addition, the project manager will function as your advocate to marshal and mobilize Experic experts and resources to provide the support you need throughout the life of the project.
Technical transfer, PFMEA, and PPQ will be executed to seamlessly scale-up your process from clinical to commercial-scale by leveraging an extensive range of state-of-the-art equipment options and configurations, made possible through our partnership with Harro Höfliger and other leading equipment suppliers. Pre- and post-production, our validated and secure warehouse storage solutions can accommodate controlled room temperature, refrigerated and frozen materials, as well as DEA-controlled substances (Schedules II-IV).
Experic welcomes the opportunity to discuss your project requirements for Phase 3 to commercial-scale process transitions to create a customized solution for your specialty, niche, orphan, or combination product, as well as support novel pharmaceutical particle engineering technologies.
